Shipment Questions

If your shipment has not arrived on time, or if you have any questions concerning delivery please contact the UPS Claims Center directly: 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) or www.ups.com. All products contain a full manufacturers warranty, unless otherwise described.

Our Return/Refund Policy

All products contain a full manufacturers warranty, unless otherwise described. The warranty protects you against any and all defects, including any damages incurred via shipping. If the product does not function as described or arrives damaged, you have 15 days to initiate a return and request an RMA number (detailed in Our Return Procedure below). We do not accept returns for any reason other than defective or damaged items. If the product is defective or damaged, we will exchange the item at no cost to you. We will only issue a refund if the item is out of stock. Please call or email us if you have any additional questions prior to purchasing any item. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Denied Package Policy

If the Product is returned by UPS to our warehouse we will credit the amount of the product. However, will charge the customer the return shipping cost. This cost will be explained to you when you notify customer service of a denied package, or UPS returns to us a denied package without notice. Customer is responsible for all return charges for a denied package or return to sender.

Our Return Procedure

If you require an exchange (due to a defective or damaged product), please contact our customer service department (info@manufacturersclearance.com) within 15 days of the delivery date. We will issue you an RMA number and schedule a no-cost pickup via our shipper. We do not accept returns for any reason other than defective or damaged items. The item MUST be in its original packaging/box with ALL original package contents in order to be eligible for an exchange. You must have a RMA number (issued by Manufacturers Clearance) before shipping the product back to us for warranty repair or replacement.
